I do recommend that individuals who are engaging in hoop fitness hoop for 30 minutes a day, it does not have to be all at once! You could get 10 minutes of hooping in before breakfast, bring the portable hoop to work and get another 10 minutes in after lunch and finally do the last 10 minutes in after dinner and you're done! Congratulations on hooping for 30 minutes! 3- 10 minute intervals are extremely doable and much less intimidating for beginners.
